50 nuances d'été - week 11

I know, I know... it's taken me an awfully long time to get to back to my summer photos so I could finish up this project. We're still getting beautiful weather here in Montreal, and it's hard to justify spending time sitting in front of a screen when it's so gorgeous outside. Anyway, I did get to the photos and I have to say, it was really nice reliving our Whistler experience while editing. Crankworx is truly a fantastic event, and these mountain bikers are amazing athletes. I never thought I'd say it, but over the years, I've come to love this sport, the culture that surrounds it and especially the people involved in it. The vibe at Whistler was pretty cool to begin with, but these guys (and girls - there were plenty of them too) brought the coolness factor to another level. Note that there are more photos than usual this week. I have been respecting the 4-image rule throughout the entire project, but this time, I just had to send it (in true DH lingo).

Finally, here's my DH kid himself with his 2nd place medal that he worked hard for in the Canadian Open DH event. I hate to brag, but I'd definitely say he's one to watch!
