I once took a photography class with an instructor who expressed her satisfaction with my work in just one word: “love”. Yep, just “love”.
Sure, I was flattered by her obvious approval, but I felt somewhat cheated in that she wasn’t able to dig a little deeper, and give me something more substantial -- like perhaps a complete sentence or two.
Now that I’m posting these photos of my beautiful friend Conny and her family, I have to admit that I was tempted to type just one word (the L word!), and leave it at that. It would be simple, yet impactful.
But I couldn’t do that to her. She's far too special for just one word.
So instead of typing just one word, I will tell you that Conny and her family are amazing and that they could write a manual on how to ace a family photo session. Not only did they look great, but they wore their happiness + affection on their sleeves, providing me with plenty of photo opportunities.
What's more, they were game for all of my silly suggestions. Anyone care for a dip in the St Lawrence? Pourquoi pas?
